Regional Manager Requirements:
  • Elderly Dementia experience
  • CQC experience
  • Multi-Site Experience preferred (in Care Homes)
  • Nurse Qualification (Preffered but not Essential)


As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Care Homes.
You will provide a link between the Regional Directors and Home Managers to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within the Care Homes, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care and top class luxury environments.
