We are recruiting for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers for a busy, fast paced manufacturing site in Cheshire area. If you are looking for a high spec, clean, innovative manufacturing site that wants to support and progress its employees, this could be the job for you This is a very exciting time to join a company that has recently expanded and investing in the site and its employees.
Shift pattern is alternating between Monday - Friday 6am-2pm on week one, Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm on week two, plus Tuesday - Friday week 3 plus one Saturday or Sunday.
What you will bring
Recognised Engineer Apprenticeship (electrical, mechanical or multiskilled) or ONC/BTEC/HNC
Knowledge of :
MS office
CMMS
Pneumatics
Steam Systems
Hydraulic systems
Plc Siemens S7,S5, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley
HMI's
Robotics
Inverters
FMCG experience, Food Industry (desirable)
Continuous Improvement TechniquesThe Job:
Ensuring all equipment is in a safe & serviceable condition
Maintaining and enhancing performance of all machinery within the corrugating / conversion plant
Reducing engineering downtime, responding rapidly to machine failures and breakdowns
Undertaking projects and assisting with all on-site installations
Undertaking, developing, and improving planned maintenance schedules
Demonstrating flexibility to cover absence and sickness as required
