Harnham is working with and innovative market research firm, seeking a Research Director to lead their team.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Research Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's research strategies. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented analysts and drive impactful research initiatives across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead client relationships at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive research methodologies and techniques to deliver actionable insights.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality, well-designed research outputs that exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to project budgets.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The perfect Research Director will have the following skills and experience:

LOCATION:
