This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a multi-national organization, with the potential for growth and opportunities.
This role involves working with a Drivers Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering are TV's, flat pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods etc.
Due to the weight of the products you are delivering you MUST be physically fit.
The company offer the customer a 'room of choice' delivery, you will be fully trained on how to do this.
You will have a certain amount of set routes for the morning. During the afternoon you will be supporting the lorry drivers by meeting them out on the road and helping them with their deliveries.
Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code exam. This will then be followed the next day with a subsequent induction day.
The company operate 7 days a week, you will be offered a 5 or 6 day rota. Weekend work will be involved.
Shift timings are 06.00 start, shifts last roughly 9-11 hours.
Pay rate - £13.23 per hour
After 13 weeks, you can be offered a contract directly with the company. Once you become a full time member of staff, you will be entitled to an award-winning range of benefits including-

You must have a valid UK License, no more than 6 points on your driving license. No DD, DR or NI convictions.
You must have had at least one years experience driving a van. References will be taken.
The right candidate will be:
* Reliable and organized
* Have good communication skills and a good level of customer service
* Be fit and healthy and able to lift heavy goods
* Have your own steel toe cap safety boots and a high vis vest
