The Role:

As a Building Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality building assessments, surveys, and project management services. You’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure outstanding project delivery while adhering to the highest standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed building surveys and assessments.
  • Managing and delivering a variety of projects across sectors.
  • Preparing specifications, tender documents, and reports.
  • Advising clients on construction design, maintenance, and repair.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Building Surveyor role.
  • Proven expertise in building surveying and project management.
  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS or working towards chartership.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
