Devine Plant Hire has been serving the construction industry with high-quality service for over 40 Years.

We are looking for an experienced heavy plant fitter to join our team to maintain our ever-growing plant fleet.


The role will be predominantly based around Sussex, Hampshire, Southampton and Surrey with occasional travel further afield.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have strong experience in diagnosis of plant failure.
  • Be able to use a MiG & Arc welding equipment.
  • Should be competent and capable to carry out services and maintenance on the below equipment:
  • Excavators
  • Dumpers
  • Rollers
  • Telehandler
  • Experience of Hitachi, Thwaite, JCB plant is a plus.
  • To undertake other service work and repair work to vehicles as and when required.
  • Have a Full UK Driving Licence for at least 3 years and have experience driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle (or similar).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work under own initiative but also a team player.
