The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
Handle internal and external B2B and Interior Design customer enquiries and complaints
To take full ownership of a customer's enquiry and be positive and proactive in finding a solution
To meet and exceed individual and team targets
To maintain our service level agreement
To feedback customer comments and issues and find creative solutions and suggestions to recurring problemsThe Customer Service Advisor will have:
Experience working in a call centre/customer service environment
Excellent communicator, especially telephone manner
Ability to provide a friendly, courteous, professional and positive service at all times
