Responsibilities 
Responsible for the operational management and delivery of M&E works programmes and projects.
Contract manage and monitor service providers delivering the M&E repairs, maintenance, and servicing contracts and ensure SHP is statutory compliant in all aspects.
Commission and manage consultants to deliver projects as instructed by the Engineering and Compliance Manager.
Design and prepare specifications, tender documents and procure contracts with the support of the Client Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
Forecast annual budgets and manage monthly cash flow and expenditure to meet approved sums.
Requirements 
Significant Experience in managing Lift and Electrical Compliance Contracts.
Significant Experience in Programme and Project Management from conception to completion.
Experience of conducting technical inspections.
Working knowledge of building services and building construction, best practice and Regulations.
Experience of managing and monitoring budgets, implementing action plans to address adverse variances.
Technical expertise sufficient to understand complex issues in construction, engineering and maintenance in the delivery of projects.
Understanding and experience of leasehold service charging including consultation requirements for qualifying works (S20).
Qualifications
LEIA Practical Management of a Lift / Escalator Contract, Level 4 VRQ Diploma in Asset and Building Management Compliance (or equivalent) or Level 3 NIQ Diploma in Engineering Maintenance
Level 4 VRQ in Electrical Safety Management or Level 4 VRQ Diploma in Asset and Building Management Compliance (or equivalent).
Contract
Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend
PAYE via Umbrella
