Contract H&S Advisor – UK based, 100% remote working
£35 per hour (experience dependent) + collaborative & creative work environment + min 6-12month contract + immediate start
A successful, creative organisation with offices worldwide, is looking to engage with an H&S Advisor to assist the team in relaying the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
H&S Advisor remit;
* Provide H&S advice & risk/compliance solutions within business offices environment.
* Assist the team in creating engaging and interesting content around H&S in the workplace, including video content.
* Perform audits on policies, procedures and company processes, to ensure safe systems of work, delivering reports within SLA timeframes.
* Undertake accident and incident Investigations.
* Identify EHS risks and advise on mitigation strategies to reduce risk/exposure.
* Assist in continually improving H&S standards within the workplace.
H&S Advisor profile;
* Health & Safety Degree or similar qualification + ideally IOSH membership
* Demonstrates a passion and enthusiasm for conveying the importance of H&S in the workplace.
* Min 3-5yrs experience in an H&S capacity ideally within a creative work environment.
* Preferably experience across global offices, including Europe & the US.
* Experience translating general H&S content into creative and manageable ‘bites’.
* Working on projects including video content to deliver the H&S message across the business.
* H&S audit experience within business environments.
* Confident communication, presentation & reporting skills.
* Highly client / customer centric, strong relationship building skills.
* IT / technically savvy in terms of adapting to various software packages with ease.
