Our client is a civil engineering company in the North East.
With only the best quality and time efficiency in mind, their expertise covers many forms of civil engineering, including, ground works, house building, roads & sewers, external works and customer care.
Position Overview
* Reading, interpreting and providing clear communications of construction drawings on site for layouts, material measurements.
* Ensuring that the setting put is accurate, providing precise lines, levels and reference points on site.
* Effectively influencing the progress on sites and ensuring programme deadlines are met.
* Developing effective relationships and dealing with clients and subcontractors.
* Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the quality, environmental and health & safety aspects of the work are adhered to during our project phase on site.
* Continually developing your knowledge in the industry, communicating and implementing best practice guidance to line managers and relevant staff.
* To undertake any other duties as necessary.
Position Requirements
* Full driving license
* Well presented and articulate
* SMSTS & CSCS
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Health & Safety & Environmental procedures
* Highly literate and numerate
