WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain our incentive management system, ensuring it is effectively configured to support business needs and deliver accurate outcomes. The role involves overseeing system functionality, addressing data integration, troubleshooting issues, and generating insightful reports. Ideal candidates will have experience with compensation processes and a strong technical aptitude for managing complex systems. DATA ANALYST / ADMINISTRATOR – ESSTENTIAL SKILLS


  • Experience managing Varicent or similar Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platforms.
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data integration, ETL processes, and SQL scripting.
  • Expertise in configuring and maintaining Varicent or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
