Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive at REM Waste Management. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls, handling customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Must Have


  • Own computer (8GB RAM minimum no more that 2 years old, free disk space to run work apps)
  • Call centre style headset with mic
  • Deadicated Fibre optic broadband line (not shared)
  • Home work station with quite working background
  • Be able to preform roleplay

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 3 years Inside Sales experience
  • Proven

CRM software experiance in one of the top 3 CRMs Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday.com

  • Proven track record in sales, must be able to show numbers of previous sales quota
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support by working along side our customer service team
  • Able to workout how to exceed sales targets through profiling clients
  • Can work on there own and as part of a virtual team.


Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:


  • Experience in the waste management industry
  • Knowledge of waste management regulations


Pay


£30,000 basic

£7,000 OTE

28 Days paid holiday
