Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. With weekend working and on-call rota duties.
The role…
As the Multi-Skilled Trades Person your role will involve the following important duties:
Painting and decorating properties both internally and externally.
Basic plumbing includes fixing leaking taps, guttering and downpipes.
Groundwork includes fixing and fitting fence panels, loose slabs and filling potholes.
Changing door handles, skirting, and curtain tracks.
Plastering, tiling and roofing.
Candidates will also be required to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.

As a successful Multi-Skilled Trades Person, you will have the following:
Previous experience within a similar environment is essential.
Good communication skills and customer focussed.
Flexible.
Knowledge of working practices and procedures, especially Health and Safety.
Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
