As the right-hand person to the CIO, you'll be at the heart of the action, handling a myriad of responsibilities with finesse and precision. From managing complex calendars to crafting compelling communications, your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and driving their success forward. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing day-to-day:

Prioritizing and managing intricate calendars, resolving conflicts like a pronCrafting updates and communications for the executive teamnActing as the liaison during meetings, capturing key insights and tracking action itemsnServing as an extension of the executive, taking on diverse tasks to keep things running seamlesslynAnticipating needs and proactively addressing them with autonomy and initiativenDriving efficiency and innovation within the team, contributing fresh ideas and insightsnLeading cross-functional projects and team-building eventsnTackling special projects with expertise in Google GSuite Apps, Slack, and other essential toolsnThere will be some Office Management to do but not a lot

5+ years of experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment – ideally VC/PE or similarnExceptional written and verbal communication skillsnAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively in cross-functional teamsnOutstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detailnDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and empathynStrong problem-solving skills and a knack for recognizing opportunitiesnA positive, reliable, and flexible attitudenStrong academics desirable (but not essential)
