Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Support Superstar: Assist the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer enquiries.
* Customer Champion: Ensure exceptional customer service by handling requests and resolving issues promptly.
* Data Dynamo: Manage and update sales databases with accurate and timely information.
* Coordination Whiz: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Sales Tracker: Help track sales performance and generate insightful reports.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 1-2 years of aviation sales exposure or a similar role in the aviation industry.
* Organisational Skills: Superb organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. (Quantum)
* Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Salary:

* Monday – Friday, Full time, Onsite.
