Assess student's progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills across core subjects.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident to express themselves.
Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to student development.
Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and adapt them to meet the needs of individual students.Requirements:
Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
Exhibit a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on student's lives.
Showcase creativity and flexibility in lesson planning, adapting to different learning styles and abilities.
