The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of Sizewell C, overseeing on-site activities to meet project objectives on time and within budget.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage on-site project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and milestones.
Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality.
Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction or energy projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the energy or construction sector.
Qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field is desirable.
