Parts Advisor For Trucks & Vans
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 47.5 hours per week
The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For:
* Dealing with incoming calls and email enquiries
* Serving customers on the parts counter
* Order picking of parts
* Stock control and replenishment
* Liaising with the workshop to ensure the correct parts are available
* Building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers
They must have:
Previous parts department experience, ideally with a main dealer
Technical knowledge of Vans/Trucks
Experience of delivering customer service to a high standard
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organization skills with the ability to work under pressure
Good IT skills, experience working with Parts systems would be an advantage
Knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline (Kerridge/Keyloop) would be an advantage
2 Years Automotive Parts Experience
