On-boarding coordinator- Fulham- £35,000pa-£40,000pa- DOE
One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for an Onboarding co-ordinator based in Fulham.
Location: Fulham
Salary: £35,000pa-£45,000pa – DOE
Experience required: At least 2 years experience within a customer facing/ client facing role- ideally from a property background.
About the client:
My client is a hugely growing Property Management firm with an ever-growing portfolio of high-end properties across London. They are looking to increase their services team, with the addition of an onboarding co-ordinator. You will be given support in training towards further qualifications to further progress within the industry.
This role is hybrid with both office work ad working from home.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for visiting new clients and leaseholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process. You will travel to your client’s sites and ensure that new clients receive a great service from day one.
• Meet new clients and leaseholders to understand their needs.
• Provide training and ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct site visits to assess maintenance needs, property conditions, and tenant satisfaction.
• Travel to client sides when required.
• Ensure the smooth mobilisation into Property Management systems.
Required experience:
• Preferably experience in a customer facing role within property management or a related industry.
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Experienced as well as comfortable with conducting video calls and engaging in client-facing interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport anf trust with clients.
• Experienced in providing training and ensuring legal compliance.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required and to work in a hybrid environment.
