You’ll be joining a proven, thriving and fast-growing independent commercial insurance broker. This team of high-level customer-focused problem solvers, innovators, creative thinkers and risk profilers provides ‘best in class’ insurance solutions. You will be meeting and building relationships with senior business leaders supporting them with their highly specific insurance needs and developing referrals and opportunities with scalable clients.
To succeed, you’ll be gifted at building solid relationships, and initiating and nurturing connections with thriving businesses within the commercial and tech or businesses leveraging tech to scale and evolve. Some broad commercial insurance experience will be necessary, but key to the role will be your innate ability to grasp our clients’ businesses, ethos, culture and the challenges they face.
You’ll be in an exceptional position of trust, so your relentless drive and proven, super-positive and growth-orientated mindset will be crucial. Your emotional intelligence and natural flair for networking and building relationships ensures you operate as brilliantly autonomously as you do collaboratively. Confident and able dealing with Mid to Corporate-level relationships, you believe in putting clients first and you go the extra mile to support them, exceeding their expectations when you deliver. It would particularly suit someone who’s well connected with introducers gained from working in a sales-focused environment prior to working in commercial insurance (recruitment, for example).
