We are looking for a *Chef de Partie* to join our team of culinary and front-of-house stars at Fischer’s Baslow Hall – the award-winning and much-talked-about restaurant with rooms, which most recently received 4 red stars from the AA.
The food at Fischer’s is bold but beautiful, vibrant, and inventive, but with zero interest in gimmicks and trends. The menus start with the best quality ingredients, including locally sourced and foraged produce, which are crafted into unique dishes that will stir up memories for years to come. *As a Chef de Partie, you get to oversee a section of the kitchen. The position will allow you to further learn a restaurant’s culinary procedures, build stamina to handle high-pressure situations, and learn about multiple duties so that you can better determine your goals for career advancement. Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
* Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
