Job Title: SEN TeacherLocation: Camberwell SE5Start Date: Summer Term (sooner for the right candidate)We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our inclusive team at a Primary School based in Camberwell SE5. The successful candidate will support the diverse needs of our students, focusing on Special Educational Needs within a mainstream setting.Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialization or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Strong understanding of various learning needs and strategies to support individual students
  • Effective communication and collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents
  • Experience in differentiating instruction to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored lessons and interventions for students with SEN
  • Collaborate with support staff and external professionals to provide targeted support
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Work closely with parents to ensure a collaborative approach to each student's learning journey
