MEPH CAD Technician

We are working with a client who works on multi-million pound projects, providing comprehensive turnkey solutions for multi-million-pound projects, offering in-house expertise in design, mechanical, electrical, and public health services as such, working for leading UK construction companies.

Job Description:

We are looking for a full time permanent MEPH Revit/CAD Technician, who lives in Kent and is able to travel to Canterbury.

Initially they will be working on a specific project developing Stage 4C/5 drawings.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in Revit MEPH & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCad MEPH, MS Office products and above all be able to produce fully co-ordinated working drawings to a high standard of presentation for installation purposes.
  • Experience of Building Services Co-ordination.
  • Able to work as part of a team, be able to communicate well with other members of the design & drawing teams and be able to work to a deadline. Flexibility is key to the role.
  • Able to work with information provided, as well interrogating specifications, schedules & technical submittals of their own accord.

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience
