The company
Our client are a leading food manufacturer within their category and are based on a well invested site in York with other well invested sites throughout the country.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Technical Manager you will support the Quality Manager to ensure that quality standards on site are being complied with and ensuring tasks relating to quality, safety and legality are completed by supporting production and by carrying out specific tasks outlined by the quality management system. You will be actively involved during the time of any external, 3rd party, Customer, BRC audits.
The person
Our ideal candidate will be bright, enthusiastic and keen to progress within the company, with a good level of communication and attention to detail.
You will hold Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification and ideally an Internal Auditor qualification.
Experience of working in a FMCG environment would be advantageous.
