My client, a Global Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund, is currently looking for a Quant Data Analyst to join their new Dublin, Ireland location and work directly with a well-regarded Portfolio Manager and team of Quants and Traders.

Your main responsibilities would be to work closely with quant researchers and portfolio managers to generate financial time series for backtesting and live trading.nYou will also have the opportunity to support the full life cycle of data generation, from sourcing, prototyping, testing/validation, to production.

The fund are ideally looking for someone with strong Python programming skills and previous experience working with financial products, Fixed Income preferably.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected multi-strategy Hedge Fund at the inception of their Dublin office and earn excellent compensation packages and benefits.

Responsibilities:nBuilding relative value pricing and quoting models for Fixed Income productsnBuild predictive signals for hedging strategies and portfolio rebalancingnWork closely with quant researchers and portfolio managers to generate financial time series for backtesting and live trading

Preferred Candidates:nSolid hands-on programming skills in PythonnPreferably prior knowledge in fixed income products in specific and financial products in generalnStrong mathematical background with degrees in STEM subjects.nWilling to relocate to Dublin, Ireland
