Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the curriculum objectives of upper Key Stage 2.
Provide individual and small group support to students, reinforcing key concepts and addressing any learning gaps.
Assist in assessing student progress and maintaining accurate records of their achievements.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to participate.
Assist in the preparation of learning resources and materials, ensuring they are accessible and appropriately differentiated.
Help to manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful classroom environment.

Relevant qualifications and/or experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Higher-Level Teaching Assistant.
Strong understanding of the upper Key Stage 2 curriculum and the ability to support students in achieving their learning goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to the varying needs of students and the school environment.
