Job Title: Site Manager - Residential Construction

Position Overview: You are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking to oversee ambitious residential construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our developments, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to uphold standards of excellence in construction.
* Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project progress, costs, and compliance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction, preferably with a PLC house builder.
* Strong understanding of traditional construction methods and processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
