We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media / SEO / General Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
Job Overview: The Social Media / SEO / General Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and increase engagement across various digital platforms. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of social media, SEO, and general marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
* Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
* Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
* Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
* Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

SEO Management:
* Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
* Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
* Review technical SEO issues

Marketing Strategy and Planning:
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
* Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business strategies.

Campaign Management:
* Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
* Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.

Brand Management:
* Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
* Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
* Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communications and marketing efforts.

Digital Marketing:
* Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
* Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and other digital marketing KPIs to drive improvements and achieve targets.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences.
* Analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
* Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of various marketing channels and techniques, including digital marketing.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
