General Foreman

Role: Freelance General Foreman
Location: East of Scotland
Duration: 6 months
Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Engineer for 6 months period for water projects across Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders.
As the Site Engineer your responsibilities will include:
Experienced in delivering toolbox talks and driving the project forward.
Experience in managing site teams
Ordering plant and materials.
Able to proactively provide solutions to challenges on site.
Keen awareness and practice of H&S procedures at all times.
What you can expect:
Immediate Start date for 6 months duration.
Monday to Friday.
£26 to £28 (Gross) per hour DOE.
Payment methods – PAYE or CIS.
What you’ll need:
Demonstrated experience working on civil engineering projects particularly on water projects.
Water experience is desirable.
A full UK driving license and own transport.
A valid CSCS and SMSTS Card.
