RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop highly events and experiences to boost player engagement.
  • Create engaging dialogue and narrative.
  • Manage a small events team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including artists, programmers, and producers.
  • Test and debug new content to ensure that it is functional and meets quality standards.
  • Manage a backlog of events, revive and optimize existing content.
  • Use data to help inform new and resurfacing decisions on what experiences to make.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry with a proven track record in game design. Especially within LiveOps area.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Shipped a mobile game in a relevant role
  • Some experience in scripting or coding using Unreal Engine's Blueprints, Lua, or other scripting languages. Doesn't have to be full-blown programming, but you have to be able to work with it.
