Our client is looking for a creative Senior 3D Designer with experience in scenic and

spatial design to join the team.


The Senior 3D Designer will lead 3D design output and contribute to all projects and

pitches by creating and developing creative design solutions.


As an expert in brand experience and design, the Senior 3D designer will be able to create

meaningful experiences by conceptualising, developing and executing quality 3D designs. They

will have the technical skills to ensure ideas can become a reality, meet project budgets and

timelines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 3D design expert to unleash their experience and knowledge, with the freedom to make a next-level contribution to design processes and build upon the creative team.


Responsibilities

  • Be collaborative and work closely with project teams and clients, building trust and

confidence

  • Communicate ideas through inspiring mood imagery and description
  • Build out ideas into 3D designs and visuals
  • Work closely with the production team and technical producers to ensure timelines, budgets
  • Ensure all design work is of the highest quality
  • Manage a 3D Visualiser and work with the rest of our creative team
  • Manage team workload and freelancers when required
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines


Requirements

  • Someone with a killer attitude
  • Experience working on major creative production and understanding brand experiences

and event design

  • Experience as a key team player in managing the design phase of projects from initial

concept right through to final design, presenting and pitching ideas to clients

  • Be able to understand and interpret client design requests, meet project requirements and

objectives

  • Be creative, curious and always ready to push boundaries and innovation to create

impactful work

  • Keep up to date with creative, sustainable and design trends
  • Proficient in 3D modelling software (including SketchUp), essential in bringing ideas to life
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of build and production to bring ideas to life
  • Time management & a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in managing/building a creative team
