Conveyancing Paralegal – 4 days a week
* Handling a caseload with minimal supervision from initial instruction through to post completion
* You will be working in residential conveyancing.
* Drafting legal documents
* Supporting fee earners
* Obtain and check legal documents and title deeds.
* Acting as a main point of contact for clients
* Building and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
Candidate specification:
* Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal - 12 months minimum
* Excellent organisation skills
* Great communication skills
* Ability to work to strong deadlines.
* Experience using IT packages.
* Team player
