We are recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a dedicated special college providing exceptional education and care to pupils with profound learning difficulties. They pride themselves on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
Job Description: We are seeking multiple talented and enthusiastic candidates to join our SEN Teaching Assistant team . As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the classroom and providing personal care to students.
Key Responsibilities:
Work under the class teacher to provide support for pupils in the classroom.
Provide personal care for students
Work closely with children with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and/or challenging behaviours
Liaise with an experienced team, who will support you within the collegeQualifications and Experience:
Experience in personal care.
Experience in working with challenging behaviour
Preferably experienced in PEG feeding/NG training but not requiredBenefits:
