Who we are looking for

A UI-UX Designer, who will work on a variety of media that communicates our brand message and engages our target audience.


This role sits in the marketing and internal function within the Design and UX department, who are responsible for the design of internal tools, marketing support and communications. The team provides toolkits, assets and brand guidelines to enable others to use the creative direction effectively. They also deliver design work across all internal sites, systems, emails and documentation.


You will take visual direction from the design leads to explore and ideate designs to ensure the best possible user experience on various projects. You may also work on animations, motion graphics and videos.


This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Background education in UI and UX design, with commercial experience in Web Design.
  • Strong visual portfolio with both UI and UX design, including graphic work.
  • Competent in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Excellent understanding of design fundamentals such as typography and layout.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to shift your focus regularly.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to conceptualise new ideas whilst having a proactive approach to problem solving and learning.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.


Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with others to understand concepts, Business requirements and the brand identity.
  • Exploring ideas and realising concepts into cohesive and quality high-fidelity designs.
  • Producing thorough designs that cover every possible scenario and platform.
  • Iterating and refining work based on feedback from others.
  • Adhering to brand guidelines and style guides where necessary to ensure consistency.
  • Designing and creating prototypes with the help of developers.
  • Reviewing and restructuring content on areas being designed, whilst staying abreast of the latest design trends, techniques and technologies.
  • Communicating effectively to display your designs and the rationale behind them.
  • Embracing and reacting positively to feedback, new ideas and changing requirements.
