Job Description: As a Recruitment Resourcer at Careermakers, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates to fill a variety of construction positions. Your primary duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting potential candidates using various databases and recruitment tools.
* Engaging with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
* Managing inbound calls from candidates, addressing their queries, and providing relevant information.
* Assisting in the screening and shortlisting of candidates for specific roles.
