Director of Strategy and Operations – Global Law Firm/Legal Services Provider Are you a strategic, people-focused operations leader ready to drive transformation and growth in a newly created legal services entity backed by a multi billion dollar management consultancy? We are an innovative legal services platform powering the rapid global expansion of a Law Firm. We are seeking a UK Operations and Strategy Director to oversee and elevate comprehensive service delivery across multiple domains including AI, finance, HR, compliance, and client onboarding. What You’ll Do: Lead UK daily operations ensuring seamless service delivery to 200+ fee earners with 90%+ SLA compliance. Translate the Law Firm’s strategic objectives into efficient operational plans and spearhead restructuring to boost organizational agility. Manage and develop diverse teams, driving culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Implement technology solutions like Harvey AI and drive operational excellence in finance, HR, compliance, and knowledge management. Ensure strict compliance with UK legal and regulatory standards such as SRA principles and GDPR. What We’re Looking For: 8-10 years’ progressive experience in operations or service delivery management, preferably within legal or professional services. Proven leadership of multifunctional teams, with deep UK law firm operational knowledge. Expertise in organizational change management and restructuring. A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, law or related field; advanced certifications a plus.
