Property Manager
Location: Alton 
In office. 1 day WFH after probation 
Salary: Basic £26K OTE £31K
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
 
We are looking for an experienced motivated individual who is both commercially aware and able to hit the ground running with a strong desire to build on their current skill set and develop their career further in Property Management. We are looking for someone who demonstrates negotiation, organisation and administration skills together with a sound knowledge and experience in using databases and Microsoft office.

Minimum 1 year of Property Management experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with acute attention to detail
Motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Proficient in MS Office and database management
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage a portfolio of properties
Foster positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
Promptly address maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
Facilitate deposit returns and handle disputes effectively
Address inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Coordinate end-of-tenancy processes in collaboration with team members
Maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Conduct property inspections as required
