Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors on a freelance basis.
Our client, a £50m turnover residential contractor are based in West London. They are split into two divisions within the company and workload is divided up across regions of the Capital.
They seek a project surveyor to join on a freelance long term basis due to increase in workload.
We have placed people over the years within the business so have a really strong understanding of their commercial set up and how they operate. Surveyors are expected to be fully self sufficient, autonomos and able to complete the full cycle of the commercial process.
The project is a £12m JCT D&B running until 2025, this includes a basement dig and small car park.
Based in Zone 1, West End.
