Experience required…

Essential:

5 years+ UK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.nSelf-starter who can take the initiative and can proactively develop new business relationships and drive business development activities.nExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnMotivated, highly organised, and diligent.nA full UK driving licencenDemonstrable experience of managing people either directly or as part of a project teamnA track record of working in or leading multi-disciplinary engineering design teams.nExcellent people person skillsnAbility to develop and build mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships (internal design teams, consenting bodies, statutory authorities, key consultees, and government departments)nHigh level of commercial awareness and an aptitude for business development
