As the Apprenticeship Quality Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring quality standards and the effectiveness of our HR and L&D provision. You will need to have extensive knowledge of apprenticeship programme compliance together with Ofsted, awarding bodies and ESFA regulatory requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesnSupport the coordination, delivery, and management of apprenticeship programmes.nManage the development and implementation of a strategy for effective self-assessment.nPreparing performance data, and updating on progress against the quality improvement plan.nManage stakeholder relationships including End Point Assessment Organisations, Awarding Bodies, employers and businesses.nResponsibility for the annual Self-Assessment Report and ongoing Quality Improvement Plan, compliant with the Education Inspection Framework and Ofsted requirements.nLead inspections and audits from external agencies including Ofsted and ESFA.nEnsure that Safeguarding and Prevent requirements are implemented, monitored, and reviewed on an ongoing basis.nUndertake other administrative duties necessary to support the Apprenticeship Manager and ensure top quality, continuous improvement, and compliance within the programmes.

Skills and qualificationsnExperience of managing an apprenticeship quality function is essential.nExpert knowledge of education inspection frameworks is essential.nSound understanding of the apprenticeship monitoring requirement (as outlined in the current Apprenticeship funding rules and technical guidance).nStrong communication skills with a proven ability to engage proactively within a team, stakeholders, and colleagues.nKnowledge of HR and L&D apprenticeships would be advantageous.
