We are actively seeking an Assembly Operative to join our team in Gillingham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order
* Operating machines and monitoring them for abnormalities
* Performing routine and preventative maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently
* Troubleshooting and resolving any mechanical or technical issues
* Conducting quality control checks to maintain the high standards of our products
* Assembling steel clips, worm drive clips, hose clips, and clamp clips using machines
* Following health and safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the work area
Requirements:
* Proven experience in machine operation or a similar role in an industrial environment

* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and management
