Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop several detailed HR project plans who are running in parallel and set up a system to monitor, track progress, identify roadblocks and eliminate them
  • Develop and drive regional engagement interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting our employees with the company’s mission and vision and core values.
  • Arrange and manage internal culture events, including the organization activities/trainings and support of town halls, employee conferences and webcasts, firm-wide employee engagement events, as well as provide support on cascading such efforts across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate with HQ, regional HR representatives and business leaders to help develop and implement effective engagement activities and campaigns with the goal of helping to deliver on business objectives, conveying key messages and promoting the firm’s content to our internal audience.
  • Budgeting, Change Management, Reporting & Control, Risk Management, Vendor Management will also form the crux of responsibilities in this scope of work


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources of its equivalence, coupled with at least 6 years of HR project planning experience
  • Ideally worked in highly matrixed and complex work environments (Large MNCs, start-ups, internet companies)
  • Possesses strong experience in project management: Project Chartering, Resource reallocation,
  • Experienced communicator with C-suite level folks, helping to push region-wide initiatives and executing strategy
  • Must be a team player who works collaboratively and can motivate teams.
  • Must be detail oriented about understanding, measuring, and improving employee engagement on internal company-owned channels.
  • Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner; able to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline driven, and extremely well organized.
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and operating in ambiguous environments.
