Role: Sales Manager

Salary / Rate of pay: From £16.00 per hour
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an apartment block in Pimlico, London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
What's in it for you?

What's involved?
Develop and execute the community's comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract and retain residents
Manage a team of leasing agents, providing coaching, training, and performance management to drive team success
Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities, including networking, advertising, and community outreach
Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and negotiate lease terms to close new rental agreements
Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities, including lead tracking, applications, and move-ins/move-outs
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy data to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions
What is needed?
Minimum of 5 year's experience in business development, in the serviced apartment or corporate housing sector
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Immediately available with no prior commitments such as holiday or notice period
Willingness to travel as required
BTR (Build to rent) experience
Have the right to work in the UK
