HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted

TLP Recruitment is looking for experienced and reliable Class 1 HGV drivers to join our team in Southampton and surrounding areas. We offer temporary positions that can be full-time or part-time to suit your needs.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver a variety of goods for our clients in Southampton, including containers, curtain-side trailers, double-decker vehicles, multi-drop deliveries, and more.
  • Workday or night shifts , depending on your preference (Monday to Sunday availability).

  • Competitive pay: £14 per hour for days, £16 per hour for nights. Umbrella rates also available.
  • Flexible working: Choose full-time or part-time hours tofit your schedule .
  • Consistent work : Getregular weekly assignments to keep you busy.
  • Supportive team: Join our friendly Southampton office who value and support all our drivers.

What you need:

  • A valid Cat C+E HGV licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Current Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and Digi Card.
  • At least 1 year's experience driving Class 1 vehicles.
  • Ideally, you'll have the new DP World Card, but we can help you arrange this if needed.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and strong communication skills are essential.
