Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating the project team, including contractors and subcontractors, to achieve project goals
* Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
* Preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders and Management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements
* Quality control measures to ensure construction projects meet industry standards and client expectations
* Conduct regular project reviews and identify areas for improvements
* Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays
* Ensure that all mandatory paperwork and certification are in place during the works
* Coordinate and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure project requirements and objectives are clearly defined
Requirements:
* MIUST be CSCS, SMSTS, FIRST AID certified
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in project managing
* Ideally from a Tier 1 or tier 2 company background
* Strong knowledge construction processes, techniques, and materials.
* MUST be proficient in MS projects
