As Treasury Assistant, you will join our expanding Finance team to support the business through an exciting period of growth. You will work closely with the Head of Treasury to support the financing of ongoing growth of the business, and successful integrations of acquisitions, whilst monitoring cash and forecasting. You will manage bank accounts and complete other administrative tasks as required, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the treasury functions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining records of bank accounts across the group and assisting with updating bank mandates and bank portal user access.nAssisting with cash forecasting and modelling, including scenario planning and stress testing.nRegularly testing and reporting on compliance, debt facility covenants, and undertakings.nIntegrating acquired businesses into central treasury processes.nAssisting with financial modelling of acquisition cash flows.nWorking closely with finance managers across all areas of the business as a key contact for cash and banking matters and supporting regular updates on forecasting.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (desirable, not essential).nProfessional qualification in Accountancy or Treasury (desirable, not essential).nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.nStrong communication skills both written and verbal, to communicate with stakeholders.
