What is the Purpose of the Maintenance and Facilities lead?
 
To investigate, organise and prioritise maintenance problems and record and review permanent solutions. Ensure the maintenance and facilities departments planned workload is complete and measured against the schedule.
 
What will the responsibilities of the Maintenance and Facilities Lead be? 
 
Review all servicing and implement preventative maintenance
Ensure all actions are compliant with latest legislation and completed correctly/
successfully
Manage all subcontractors on site ensuring compliance to latest legislation
Review maximization of presses and creation of operating improvements where required
Ensure all documentation orders are completed correctly and in a timely fashion
Work with operations team to ensure all protection targets and budgets are achieved
Drive plant improvements
Investigates maintenance problems and Record Review permanent Solutions have been enacted
 
What experience will the Maintenance and Facilities Lead have?
Ideally worked in a supervisory position
Electrically buys would be an advantage orbit also mechanical experience
Working in a similar environment or facilities lead previously
yes experience within a manufacturing environment understanding manufacturing processes ability to look at detailed information
ability to understand and analyze the interpret general business information as well as operate and manage a preventative maintenance system
