Role - CRM Developer


Mandatory skills:


High-level knowledge in C# programming. Experience in developing CRM Custom Plugins, Actions and Workflows.​

Customizations and Configurations in Dynamics CRM 365 (preferably CRM Online).

  • Exposure to functional knowledge ​Dynamics 365 for Sales​
  • Exposure to tools used in Dynamics 365 CRM activities related to Dataverse(entities) and SQL Database​ XRM Toolbox​
  • TIBCO Scribe / Kingsway soft (for integration purpose also not mandatory)​
  1. Dynamics Administration knowledge is necessary​.


Preferred skills:


Development knowledge in Power Platform, Platform, Windows forms and Database (SQL/Oracle).​

  1. Design thinking: Follow structured approaches to identifying, defining and solving problems. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, propose effective solutions to challenges that arise during development.
  2. Knowledge to work with Postman scripts.
  3. Knowledge regarding Licensing and Subscriptions would be an added advantage ​
