A leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) are seeking a talented Senior Network Engineer to join their team on an Outside IR35, fully remote contract basis for an exciting public sector networking re-architecture project . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced network engineer to contribute to a large-scale WAN & IP migration project.


Senior Network Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Architecture Design: Work on High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for network re-architecture
  • WAN/LAN & IP Migration: Lead the migration and design of large-scale WAN and LAN infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization in a live production environment


Senior Network Engineer Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in Network Architecture (HLD & LLD)
  • Extensive experience with WAN/LAN and IP Networking
  • Hands-on expertise in HPE Comware and Cisco technologies
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale migration and re-architecture projects
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities


Requirements:

  • Experience working on large-scale architecture and migration projects
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Availability to start ASAP and commit for the full contract duration (4-5 months)
