Estimator - Refurbishment

Estimating role producing estimates for refurbsihment, modernisations and Passive Fire installations
* Predominantly we deal with end user customers within; private residential, high rise local authorities, office & commercial, schools, Care Homes, Hotels, Historic Buildings and the NHS
* Dealing with enquiries from various clients via phone calls and emails
* Offering technical advice and solutions to clients based on their requirements
* Preparing and submitting accurate and detailed tenders within the timeframe provided
* Continue to develop relationships with clients to secure further business
* Prioritise own workload to ensure customers deadlines are met
* Must have a proven track record estimating
* Excel savvy and experience using a CRM system.
* Must have high attention to detail
* Must be a great team player
* Must be a hard worker thats ready to get stuck in
* High levels of organisation
* Ambitious individual who wants to build a career
